Why does the screen Mesh need to be degreased?

Degreasing the new and old screens to remove the contaminants on their surface, and get a clean surface to facilitate the plate film to adhere to it well. Degreasing treatment can eliminate the bubble cracks and sand holes on the template, then the adhesion fastness of the plate film is improved. There are always some contaminants on the surface of all Mesh surface, which will remain due to hand contact after manufacturing or when the net is stretched, such as oil, grease and dust.

The used screen will leave oily solvent residue and other pollutants even after recycling, they are must be removed before making the template.
